Restoring a Lost Registration

Should you switch machines, reinstall your operating system, or in some other way lose your game settings, this game will become unregistered. When this happens, redownload Avadon.

If you get it from Humble Bundle, Steam, or GoG (etc), you will automatically get the full version. If you download the demo from our site, you'll need to reregister the game using the same key you received when you ordered. If you no longer have the key or your old key isn't working, you can request a new key here: support@spiderwebsoftware.com.

Locating Your iPad Saved Games

Go to Macroplant's web site and download and install iExplorer on your computer. (The demo of iExplorer is capable of copying your saved games onto and off of the device.) This is a free app that can move files onto and off of any iPhone or iPad.

When the program is showing the files in your device, open the folder for the game in question (for example, "Avadon HD"). Enter "Documents/Spiderweb Software" and then the saved games folder. The saved games are in the 'Save0', 'Save1', etc. subfolders. Be sure to pull out all 3-4 files that make up the saved game (data, header, items, and maybe journal).
